A Shoot of Hope

Before a shoot will appear, everything starts with a seed. When a seed is tended to, it will begin to sprout.

Spiritually, in this context, a sprout represents the anticipation of the one who is to come; a reflection of who we can grow into, at any stage of our lives!

From the advent of his birth, Jesus bloomed forth and was raised up for humanity.

As we move through this Season of Light, we find ourselves in a time of preparation and hope, “Then a shoot will come forth out of the stem of Jesse, and a branch will bear fruit out of His roots.” (Isa. 11:1)

Advent Message

It’s easy to get distracted with the stuff of the season. I have not sent you to spread disruption, but to be a reflection of My Hope, a shining light in dark places, “He who walked among us, will walk among us again!”

“The Ruach of Adonai will rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and insight, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Adonai.” (Isa. 11:2)
